Use a computer that is hooked up via a physical Ethernet cable for best results. Some routers use a worded page, like "routerlogin" or something like that. It's listed on your router or in your router's manual. You can also look it up online via Google search.

@StarXQueen09 you can click on the start globe and type cmd in the empty spot that says search. If not you can go to Start globe>all programs>accesories> right click on cmd prompt and click(left) on run as administrator. The magic black window will appear......
