ctded right after logo. I somehow corrupted skyrim.esm and update.esm
according to tes5edit. After an our I took a gamble and took skyrim out of
programs and put the copy in. Contulinued right where I left off with mods
and everything.

fast travel or go to the area that causes ctd and see if it does again.Also
it can be scripts causing ctds,when unistalling a mod always read the file
from the developer or creator of the mod to see how you can proper unistall
a mod.Skyrim is very buggy too.
Script problem,memory problem or spawn cells bugged.Could be one of this

to work however. So I suppose that I have the problem solved.
Run Boss Gui to sort your load order, I can only assume this is the case if
