    Had the same problem when i tried the windows 8.1 fix. Tried the fix for 8
    and it worked

    Stupid Microsoft. Instead of having dotNET 3.5 enabled by default, we have
    to run dos commands and cracks to enable it properly. Well done... Thanks

    I never found out but I did manage to change my keys with keyboard layout
    loader and keyboard layout manager theyre cheap homemade programs but they
    work Im not sure why we get this error because this way has worked on other
    computers

    i downloaded the version 1.3, and a do everything you said, but when i try
    to install the new setup aparece a message that said "incomplete
    installation" and then nothing happen. what can i do? i need to setup a
    numberkeyboard on my laptop thx

    Whenever I try to install the 1.1 framework I get a window saying "windows
    cannot write setup dialog" Any Ideas on what that is about?

    I'm having a problem when I try to install the .msi it says the installer
    was interrupted before the US (Custom) could be installed.You need to
    restart the installer to try again. any idea why this is happening? I tried
    to look around but all I can find is to turn on IIS6 compatibility on but
    that didnt work
