Hard disk drives will simply stop working for no reason what so ever and it's extremely annoying. This could be caused by a physical fault or simply the fuse...
Please, what size fuse? At the car place I found 10 amp, 20 amp, and 50 amp. I love how they are wireless fuses -- so clever and high tech! But I think you missed something. That platter has suffered quite a head crash -- not only are the heads totally pulverized but part of the platter also vaporized. Lucky you are alive!
Due to the extremely close spacing between the heads and the disk surface, HDDs are vulnerable to being damaged by a head crash—a failure of the disk in which the head scrapes across the platter surface, often grinding away the thin magnetic film and causing data loss. Head crashes can be caused by electronic failure, a sudden power failure, physical shock, contamination of the drive's internal enclosure, wear and tear, corrosion, or poorly manufactured platters and heads.
an example i will use little numbers to reference to the old 20 gig ide hard drive and old prosser can handle 2 math problems at one time the new sata and new cpu like the intell i7 can handle 10000000 math problems at one time, now in real life both handle in the billions and trillions of math.in this new ara older ones are doing 2 math problems when the programs and internet wont 300000000 math problems ,so that is y this is happening i would think.

ОтветитьУдалитьthere are no fuse in it all transistor, resisters and capacitors all
ОтветитьУдалитьsoldered on the board
Hot soap and water and to test the fuse you can use your tong it works very
ОтветитьУдалитьwell .
