    XP:Command prompt: win key+R (or start>all programs>accessories>run) than
    type in the box: cmd and hit enter

    howsit man i did what u did in the video but when i press clean it says
    "Virtual disk service error " any ideas on how to fix it?

    After I did the Command Prompt, chkdsk J: /f… Now it says J: is not
    accessible. Access is denied. What do I do from here?

    I think i put it on for format and then canceled the format which resulted
    in windows asking for the USB to be formatted before use. I wouldn't
    recommend doing it. Thanks

    its not showing drirve... and after scanning it shows no file found. and
    also it is showing the capacity of usb as 16mb.. while it is 8 gb

    someone please needs to help me, when i open up my easeUS and go into
    partition recovery the only thing that comes up is Hitatchi HTS7, i have my
    usb stick in my computer so why is it not showing up?

    but if u see ur drive is not shown in the windows, how u detect the drive
    then, cuz my hard drive turn on the light gets turned on but not detected
    in the windows ?

    hopefully this worked i got the files safe in my documents now i need to
    see if they will go back on the usb for my xbox tomorrow once its formated
