By the name of the Telco I guess he is in Bahrain and speaks Arabic. You can also hear the religious singing in the background
The 'no registration on the network' problem is often because your IMEI has got lost/corrupted. Check your IMEI (dial *#06#) against the one on your phone label, it should be the same. On the video he has what looks like a normal IMEI before and after applying the patch program. You won't get a network connection if the IMEI is blank, invalid or one that is blocked. If the IMEI is the problem start to worry! The best thing you can do is put it back to stock ROM and then get it repaired.
