    Should have something to do with the story of Ursula, if you travel around
    Paleto Bay, you'll meet a hiker that wants to be carried home, on the house
    near the lighthouse cliff (where there's the rusted tractor). During the
    trip she says that she has lost her mother and the gardner fell off the
    cliff while he was working. If you call her back you will meet her near The
    Boat House, you will have to drive her back home and play hard with her,
    while you do that the sky goes dark and a storm starts, that must be a clue
    ;-D

    I know how she died there is this guy name jock that was her husband and
    she is waiting for him to kill him if you go to the ghost and look on the
    rock it will say jock

    you can walk up to her with your sniper scope and still see her up close :)

    You can get close to her, just get out your sniper rifle and zoom in using
    the scope, you'll see her as if she's right in front of you. Scared the
    shit out of me. Lol.
